Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage complex and cross-functional projects within the Revenue Systems portfolio. These projects will play a crucial role in delivering tools and technology to enhance revenue contribution and improve business processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled at coordinating and influencing across IT and business lines, ensuring that all stages of the project are successfully completed. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Status Updates : Manage communication with all groups, including working teams, stakeholders, peripheral teams, and executive sponsors. Provide clear updates on project progress and deliverables as appropriate.
Project Scope : Understand the project objectives, analyze the root cause, identify potential business improvements, and ensure that all stages of the project (requirements, design, funding, build, etc.) are met.
Financial Management : Develop the project budget, secure approvals from business and IT stakeholders, create a business case, submit monthly forecasts, and manage the budget throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Schedule : Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule. Ensure that all relevant teams stay on track and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of communicating with all levels of employees and management. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and understandably.
Task Management : Proven ability to deliver quality work on time, translate planning into action, proactively monitor task status, and resolve or escalate problems as needed.
Integrity and Trust : Known for being trustworthy, direct, and truthful in communications, with a commitment to confidentiality and accountability.

Executive Presentation : Comfort and experience presenting project updates and status to executive leadership.
Certifications :
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus, but not required.
