Job Summary:
The Employee Training role at JobRialto supports the Organizational Development team by managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and overseeing various training management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training plans, leveraging multimedia authoring tools to create engaging content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs.
- Manage the registration process and systems for all HR training and development programs, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Develop and maintain the company's learning management and professional development systems, incorporating emerging trends and technologies.
- Compile and analyze data to generate insightful reports for management, facilitating informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Training and Development, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in administering training programs and web-based training systems.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Management Systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Articulate software to develop and manage engaging learning content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
