Job Summary :
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of various departments within the organization and translating them into technical requirements. Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, data, and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements, identifying dependencies and potential risks.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Provide support in creating documentation and training materials for end users.
- Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Assist in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements.
