Job Summary
Operates Client GoBus transit vehicle to provide public transportation to passengers traveling to local or distant points throughout Smith County.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate transit vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport passengers to designated destinations on time and in a courteous manner.
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and securing mobility devices as needed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including schedules, passenger counts, and incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns.
