Job Summary
The Supplier Quality Analyst will provide support to the Supplier Quality team in a work-from-home capacity. Responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders, managing supplier quality documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual deliverable requirements, and maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively handle quality systems administration and supplier document evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Client Purchase Orders for compliance with Supplier Quality Requirements
- Support administrative tasks for the Supplier Quality Systems mailbox, including document review and uploads
- Assess compliance of supplier-submitted documents against contracts, drawings, specifications, and other requirements
- Communicate deficiencies to the Supplier Quality Engineering Team and Suppliers
- Review and ensure proper flow-down of Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM) and other contractual requirements
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including Materials, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to ensure quality standards
