Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Administrative Support : Assist the Administrative Manager with general office tasks, including handling mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk.
- Event Setup Support : Help with setting up and coordinating office events as required.
- Communication Management : Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
