Locker is seeking an experienced Head of Growth Marketing to join the team. In this role, the selected candidate will lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives. This individual will establish and manage a performance marketing function, focusing on acquiring and converting demand for Locker via installs and active users. The role will focus on platform engagement and conversion by leveraging organic and viral marketing.
The team is remote, mostly located in the Los Angeles area, with occasional meetings on-site.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers using organic growth strategies, product-led growth, SEO and paid ads.
- Track and analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and marketing performance to track growth and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize inbound marketing and conversion rates.
- Oversee all paid acquisition efforts and manage demand gen budgets.
- Develop and manage marketing events to create demand.
- Collaborate with content teams for inbound traffic optimization.
- Work with product teams to improve user experience, reduce churn, and drive engagement (e.g., optimizing onboarding, referral programs).
- Work with engineering, product, and partnerships teams to ensure growth initiatives align with business goals.
- Report on acquisition and revenue metrics.
- Develop efficiency metrics and continuously drive down CAC and payback period.
Requirements and skills
- 7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5 years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
- Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools.
- Experience in campaign development and execution.
- Strong SEO skills.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS/tech industry.

Salary Information: $150k - $185k/year stock options
