Housekeeping/Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping/Breakfast Attendant. This dual-role position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, as well as preparing and serving breakfast to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and towels as needed.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

Breakfast Attendant Duties:

• Prepare and set up breakfast service, including cooking and arranging food items.
• Monitor food levels during service and replenish items as necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Greet and assist guests during breakfast hours, addressing any inquiries or requests.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Work Environment:
This position involves working in both guest-facing and back-of-house areas. You will play a key role in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
