Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a healthy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial roles preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
