We’re seeking a Program Coordinator to help drive the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of high-impact initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with team members and participants, track budgets, and ensure each program runs smoothly and delivers results. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about program development, we’d love to hear from you.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with program participants and partners.

• Coordinate schedules, time off, and workloads to support efficient program delivery.

• Assist in program planning, activity design, and timely completion of evaluations and reports.

• Monitor program budgets and billing to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

• Contribute to continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration with the development team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with budget tracking, scheduling, or operations is a plus.

• Passion for delivering high-quality program outcomes and participant experiences.

• Hybrid schedule with in-office presence required a few days per week.

• Full-time contract with potential for extension or conversion.

$23–$27/hour
