Essential Functions:
- Responsible for essential documentation that supports participant eligibility, program progress and performance.
- Provides assistance with the tracking of active and follow-up participants associated with funding sources and appropriate documentation.
- Corresponds frequently with county designees and staff, to ensure proper participant information, updates and documentation is shared.
- Works closely with the Contract Compliance and Performance Manager to ensure deadlines are being met and appropriate information and documentation is gathered.
- Works closely and provides documentation support to Career Specialists.
- Screens required documentation and case notes to ensure compliance.
- Promote the goals of JOG and facilitate compliance and performance to JOG standards and objectives.
- Reviews participant case notes from JOG’s internal data base system and puts together the participant case note report, for each participant and then submits to county designee.
- Submits participant PRC information for new potential enrollees, to the county and request clearance documentation for the participant’s initial eligibility.
- Review, process, and resolve discrepancies of participant files as appropriate for required county contracts.
- Collect and review required monthly and quarterly documentation (this includes, but not limited to: entered employment, education entrance, pre & post testing, grade cards, credential gains, exit packets, quarterly forms etc.), submit to county personnel, if applicable, and update JOG internal spreadsheets.
- Communicate with county designees, as county contracts require. While each county is different, this may include, but not limited to: updated participant information, performance indicators, and documentation flow.
- Receive participant referrals, as county contracts require and assign participants to identified career specialists, as appropriate.
- Coordinate IOP amendments, re-determinations, incentives, and w-9 forms, as required by county contracts.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all issues relative to client files and the organization’s operations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Local, daytime travel required within a four county radius;
- Flexible work hours/location;
- Computer skills including, but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Online database management systems;
