Our goal is to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for clients across both B2B and B2C industries. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and creative thinker who is well-versed in social and digital media, lead generation via LinkedIn, and media buying. Please note that this is an individual contributor position. Location : Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Position type : Full time, Permanent Salary : $85-$100k Key Responsibilities Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies tailored to client objectives, encompassing paid, owned, and earned media. Campaign Management : Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping and Pmax), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and emerging digital channels. Content Coordination : Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand content (copy, photo and video) that aligns with campaign goals, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. Analytics and Reporting : Build custom client reporting dashboards, track and analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Audience Targeting : Develop audience segmentation strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates, leveraging data to target key demographics effectively. Budget Management : Manage and optimize digital media budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum campaign impact. Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and platform changes to continuously refine and improve digital strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in digital media management, ideally within an agency environment. Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and social media management tools. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French (spoken, written as an asset) Preferred Skills Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms. Experience with email marketing and familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp and Klayvio) Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Experience with influencer marketing, and / or affiliate marketing is an asset. Familiarity with the Google Workspace and the Monday.com environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
