Job Description:
We are hiring a multitasking Remote Data Entry / Customer Service / Live Chat Agent to assist with real-time customer engagement while also managing backend data input. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between chats, data entry, and email-based communication.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through live chat platforms and resolve inquiries
Accurately enter customer information, order details, or case updates into CRM systems
Follow scripts and support documentation to resolve FAQs
Escalate complex issues and track follow-ups
Perform data validation and ensure high levels of accuracy
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required
Valid U.S. government-issued ID
High school diploma required; additional training in communication or data entry preferred
1 year of experience in chat support, data entry, or call center
Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
