Position Overview:
This 10-week internship program offers high-performing students the chance to develop valuable skills while working on meaningful projects. As an intern, you will gain real-world experience, collaborate in team environments, and build a professional network while learning from industry experts. This program is designed to challenge and support the next generation of finance professionals.
Responsibilities:
From day one, summer interns are immersed in an innovative and dynamic company culture as they will receive:
Enterprise-led intern orientation program combined with ongoing an executive speaker series and virtual training curriculum designed specifically for summer interns
Meaningful and challenging work assignments that deliver learning and skill development through practical work, mentorship, and training
Career development and networking support from a host of corporate leaders including internship managers, senior and peer mentors, business stakeholders and a dedicated program manager
Exposure to different areas of business throughout the organization
Comprehensive professional etiquette and financial services fundamentals training, along with technical and business acumen development
Understanding of our commitment to diversity and inclusion
A collaborative and supportive community with full commitment of top-level management to deliver a premier internship/talent pipeline program within the financial services industry
Corporate Finance Controller:
Corporate Finance Controller summer interns work on projects specifically chosen to both challenge and develop participants. They will gain valuable real-world experiences working in the Controller group under the Corporate Finance function. The Controller group includes:
US & America’s Controllers: Legal Entity Accounting and financial statement analysis
Regulatory and SEC Reporting: Required agency reporting (SEC, OCC, Federal Reserve, FDIC, etc.)
Sox Compliance: Testing controls, compliance, and data over Regulatory and Financial Reporting
Qualification:
Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Individuals who will be graduating in December 2025 through June 2026
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Well-rounded experience including demonstrated leadership skills
Strong excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.
