1. Mathematically inclined
1. Organized
1. Able to follow Instructions
1. Able to work on their own
1. This role requires working knowledge of scientific and/or laboratory techniques. Also, a working knowledge of standard test & measurement equipment and practices are required.
1. Performs tasks requiring considerable judgment in determining work methods, interpreting results and writing clear and accurate reports
1. Maintains neat, legible and organized written records with minimal errors, including errors of omission.
1. Always follows the written procedure protocols to assure consistent and accurate results.
1. Demonstrates good judgement in handling situations not covered by written or verbal instructions.
1. Documents all corrective action to ensure accurate and reproducible test results.
1. Prepares and uses proper controls and/or standards for all procedures performed.
1. Records data, recognizes out-of-range results, and requests assistance in determining the best course of action to ensure accurate and reproducible test results.
