Requirements of position
Must be able to handle minor repairs of smoking equipment and troubleshoot if need arises.
- Reliable and detail oriented; pay close attention to the fish color and texture
- Hands-on and dependable individual with ability to work
- Ability to be flexible and communicate well with others.
- Commitment to the objectives of the organization.
- Cooking and food industry experience desired
- Must be able to speak and communicate in English.
- Experience in Smoked fish
- Seafood HACCP certified
- Completion of training programs as assigned and / or required including standard of work
