Day starts at : 6 : 00AM
Day Ends at : 2 : 30PM
DESCRIPTION : Position Summary :
Visual inspection and rework of product returned through quality inspection.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Keep work area clean
Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and / or equipment
Perform tasks with the assistance of microscopes
Perform functional product testing as required
Document the quantity of parts inspected
Weigh count, package and label finished product
Perform simple operation involves a repetitive simple task, typically with a single step Knowledge,
Must be able to repetitively move and lift objects of up to 20 lbs.
Will Use solvents, glue, or solder
Must be able to perform visual inspections with and without the aid of magnification tools
Skills and Qualifications :
Able to read and understand procedures
Able to perform quality checks, looking for defects such as splits, flash, loose debris, and the ability to discern letters or numbers at a given distance.
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent
0-6 months experience
Minimum Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age Travel Requirements
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time #ZR
Salary : $15
