Shift Details : 1st shift
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Day Starts at : 8 : 00AM
Day Ends at : 5 : 00PM
DESCRIPTION :
Under general supervision, receive boxes containing laptops to be process.
Intake of returns laptops
Use supplied software to wipe laptop hard drive.
Prep laptops for donation
Remove asset tags.
Clean machines
Check for damages.
Box up laptops in supplied boxes
Label box for shipping
Bring box to shipping to be shipped.
If laptop is not in condition to be donated (Broken screen, missing keys)
Wipe laptop hard drive
Set aside to be disposed.
If laptop cannot be wiped with software
Remove hard drive physically.
Set aside to be disposed.
All devices need to be scanned and input in a shared spreadsheet for tracking purposes.
Spread sheet will need to be updated real time throughout the day.
Daily Communication with team of all donation’s updates, (wiped, ready to be shipped, etc.)
Asset with daily Asset and Logistics when possible.
Receiving boxes, stocking shelves, counting stock, etc.
