Job Title: Temporary Office Assistant
Location: Palmyra, NJ
We are seeking a self-motivated Office Assistant to support an affordable housing apartment community. The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Community Manager to assist in all operations of the leasing office.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and office clerical experience (minimum 2 years)
- Prior housing apartment management/leasing experience is a plus
- Knowledge/experience with Low-Income Tax Credit compliance and RD is helpful or willingness to learn
- Minimum HS diploma/GED required
- Experience with budgeting and financial management (payables, receivables) is needed
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn housing software/housing industry compliance software programs
