What You’ll Be Doing:
- High-volume prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified leads
- Build trusted relationships with medical/aesthetic professionals and decision-makers
- Evaluate prospects' business goals and align product solutions accordingly
- Deliver compelling product presentations and consultations virtually and in person
- Stay current on our laser technology and continuously build product knowledge
- Actively participate in trade shows, in-office demos, virtual events, and trainings
- Manage territory effectively with a focus on consistent pipeline development and deal closure
- Maintain professionalism and integrity while representing the brand in the field
- 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably in aesthetic, capital equipment, medical device, or DME
- Proven track record of prospecting, appointment setting, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and sales cycles within med spas or physician practices (preferred)
- High-energy hunter mentality with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to qualify leads, manage multiple opportunities, and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within assigned territory
- Overnight travel up to 30% for trade shows, trainings, and special events
- Ability to lift/push/pull equipment (occasionally up to 50 lbs. or more)
- Comfortable with extended driving, standing, and computer use
