- Build and manage GC, developer, and design-build relationships
- Lead HVAC and plumbing preconstruction efforts
- Coordinate estimating and proposal development
- Respond to RFPs and manage bid submissions
- Attend site walks, interviews, and industry events
- Track pipeline activity in CRM and collaborate with ops
- 5 years in mechanical construction sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems and bid process
- Established network with GCs and design-build firms
- Skilled in reading plans/specs and managing long sales cycles
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
