Key Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support
- Maintain a consistent physical presence to foster a collaborative environment and support key initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile and confidential clients, ensuring professional communication.
- Manage, monitor, and prioritize emails and multiple priorities for the executive.
- Oversee complex calendars and heavy scheduling, ensuring efficient time management.
- Arrange global travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
- Draft, review, and edit important documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and manage both physical and electronic files to ensure easy access and organization.
- Work closely with other executive assistants and firm resources to coordinate administrative tasks and projects.
- Support attorneys and senior executives in managing their practice, ensuring high service levels for clients.
- Handle expense processing, timekeeping, and legal billing tasks while adhering to jurisdictional procedures.
