Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineeri

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior District Manager to lead our Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering team. The ideal candidate will oversee the operations and strategic direction of multiple healthcare technology management teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and technological advancements across healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple HTM / Clinical Engineering teams across various healthcare facilities.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and improve patient care outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in medical equipment management.
• Foster relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and technology vendors to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures within the HTM division.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technology integration and innovation in healthcare environments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Management Experience: Minimum of 7 years.
• Functional Experience: Minimum of 7 years.
• Required Expertise: Experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple healthcare facilities.  
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and regulatory compliance.  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive process improvements.  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.  
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other healthcare technology software.

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Healthcare Technology Manager (CHTM) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in large healthcare systems or multi-site hospital networks.
• Familiarity with emerging trends and innovations in clinical engineering and healthcare technology.
