Sales Development Representatives at JobTarget are on the front lines of helping organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will focus on introducing recruitment tools that will help your customers find, engage, and hire the perfect candidate. Your passion to learn from and connect with others will help more organizations find and hire great people.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set up demos for the sales team.
- Execute email and call campaigns to engage with prospects.
- Make 80 calls a day and set appointments with key decision‐makers.
- Utilize social media platforms to connect with and engage potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Required Skills
JobTarget provides a high-energy growth environment, along with excellent benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) with a match. Annual base pay range : $45,000.00 monthly commission.
