Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to grow revenue from assigned accounts
- Work directly with assigned accounts to assess and refine their recruitment advertising strategy
- Manage the sales renewal process and ensure customers have a positive experience on any transactions
- Recommend new JobTarget products to customers based on their hiring needs
- Advise clients on strategy concerning hard-to-fill positions
- Work with clients through their entire lifecycle with JobTarget

Compensation and Benefits :
JobTarget provides a high-energy growth environment, along with excellent benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) with a match. Annual base pay range : $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 monthly commission. Employees may also be eligible to participate in JobTarget's Equity Incentive Plan. JobTarget is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
