- Review, organize, and index discovery materials.
- Draft and prepare legal documents.
- Manage and coordinate attorneys' schedules and calendars.
- Conduct legal research and compile reports.
- Organize and file pleadings electronically.
- Prepare exhibits for depositions and courtroom proceedings.
- Provide direct assistance to attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Word, PDFs, Outlook, Excel, and calendaring tools.
- Familiarity with electronic discovery software.
- Preferred experience with TrialDirector and IPro applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong case management abilities.
