This role involves handling real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all legal and title requirements are met. The ideal candidate has experience with residential and some commercial closings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and organize real estate closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, and title commitments.
- Coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, realtors, and clients.
- Assist attorneys with real estate transactions, due diligence, and contract review.
- Conduct title searches and resolve title issues as needed.
- Manage escrow funds and facilitate wire transfers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws.
