About the Role
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor / Settlement Specialist to support our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position with no remote work option.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to coordinate settlements.
- Examine titles and clear issues such as liens, judgments, and prior unreleased mortgages.
- Review and interpret real estate contracts, lender documents, and title abstracts.
- Order payoffs, HOA / Condo statements, water accounts, and other necessary documents.
- Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures; review and assemble lender closing packages.
- Communicate effectively to resolve title processing issues.
- Handle day-to-day responsibilities within the title department.
