Community Manager – Full-Time | Luxury Apartment Community
Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead the team at our luxury apartment community. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and guiding staff, and creating a welcoming environment for both current and prospective residents.
You’ll play a key part in managing leasing efforts, resident relations, vendor partnerships, and property maintenance. If you’re a natural leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing top-tier service, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the on-site team: hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating staff.
- Oversee leasing activities including tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins.
- Support marketing efforts to attract new residents and keep occupancy high.
- Maintain strong communication with residents to encourage satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and coordinate resident events and community engagement initiatives.
- Resolve resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality service.
- Monitor and manage supply/parts inventory, ordering, and invoice processing.
- Stay informed on competitor properties and market trends.
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance and ensure community standards are met.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a management role is required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High closing ratio and excellent customer service abilities
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software (preferred)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
