Are you passionate about solving problems, love working with HR systems, and enjoy helping others? We’re looking for an HRIS Support Specialist who has strong experience with Workforce Management (WFM) — especially Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals — to join our team!
In this role, you’ll work closely with both our HR and IT teams to help ensure our HRIS systems are running smoothly and effectively. Whether it’s configuring applications, troubleshooting user issues, creating training materials, or pulling together reports, you’ll play a vital role in making sure our people have the tools and support they need.

What You’ll Do:
- Support and help optimize our HRIS system, including installing, customizing, updating, and maintaining applications and modules.
- Maintain and configure UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping functions like accruals, pay rules, pay code distributions, and timecard validations.
- Lead training sessions (small and large) to help users get the most out of our systems.
- Offer friendly and effective technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions.
- Handle incoming support tickets and resolve application-related concerns.
- Assist with pulling data reports, building custom queries, and developing tools like filters and macros to meet reporting needs for leadership, HR, and external stakeholders.
- Perform routine audits to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: An associate degree (or higher) in HR or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years of experience supporting HRIS systems is required.
- Technical Know-How: Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM is a must. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, and HRIS systems is required.
- HR Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR, HCM, and payroll solutions is a plus, along with a basic grasp of employment laws.
- People Skills: You’re a strong communicator who provides excellent customer service, exercises good judgment, and maintains confidentiality.
- Problem Solver: You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy tackling challenges with creative solutions.
- Organized & Adaptable: You’re great at managing your time, handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying positive through change.
