Jockey is seeking a Social Media Analyst to join our Marketing team!
JOB SUMMARY
The Social Media Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving Jockey's social marketing strategies by analyzing paid and organic performance metrics to optimize content, enhance social commerce initiatives, and leverage social listening insights. This role will track trends, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations to inform and improve Jockey's social media presence, audience engagement, and overall business outcomes.
This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area), or at our office in Nashville, TN .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Data Analysis & Reporting :
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all social media platforms, including paid and organic efforts, to optimize campaigns and drive measurable business results.
Identify and analyze social commerce opportunities, including shoppable posts, live-stream shopping, and platform-specific commerce tools, to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
Monitor social media conversations, sentiment, and trends using social listening tools to uncover actionable insights.
Provide recommendations for content creation that align with brand goals, leverages trending topics, and drives engagement.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in content performance and audience engagement.
Collaborate with social, brand, and creative teams to align on overall social media strategies and contribute to integrated campaigns.
