Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will utilize our towing software in dispatching operations, contributing to the overall success of service disabled motorists
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone systems, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
- Utilize computers for GPS and call takingManagement and SyteLine, to track
- Assist in dispatching operations by coordinating with drivers and customers
- Use GPS technology to monitor delivery routes and provide updates to customers.
Requirements
- Flexible to work a night shift or two and rotating weekend late shift
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 18 per week
