Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming calls for company. Assists customer in scheduling or directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Reviews work orders from departments or complaints from customers and records type and scope of service to be performed.
- Determines and schedules orders according to urgency.
- Receives check in calls from service workers by telephone, or in person.
- Informs workers of type and location of work to be performed and dispatches workers to job.
- Keeps records of repairs, installation, removal of equipment and hours required on each job.
