Minimum Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software - in particular Agtek and HCSS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial and industrial construction projects
- Certification as a Professional Estimator (CPE) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
