Summary: As a Catering Sales Representative at Oklahoma Joe's Barbecue, you will be responsible for driving catering sales and revenue growth by promoting our catering services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele base, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of guest satisfaction for Oklahoma Joe’s Barbecue.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed catering sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored catering solutions. Respond promptly to inquiries, provide information, and offer exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
· Catering Coordination: Collaborate with the catering team to coordinate all aspects of catering orders, including menu selection, pricing, delivery logistics, and event details. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling orders while meeting customer expectations.
· Marketing and Promotion: Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials to increase awareness of our catering services. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase Oklahoma Joe's Barbecue as a premier catering option.
· Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, offering insights and recommendations for enhancing catering sales performance.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
· Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Knowledge of catering principles, food service operations, and event planning.
· Proficiency in relevant software applications for sales tracking and customer relationship management.

· This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
