Specific Responsibilities Would Include : :

The Designer supports the Lead Designer in all stages of the seasonal design development process, from concept to tech pack development; fittings to delivery. The Designer supports in creating and executing original, trend-appropriate design concepts that meet business and market needs and drive sales - ensuring the timely execution of each stage in the process.

• Research and identify brand right trends and seasonal concepts; perform competitive market analysis; source and review fabrics, create and maintain development decks and CADS for presentations and meetings
• Execute development of initial seasonal design category in context of larger assortment and cost structure

Salary Range : $74,000-$95,000
