We are looking for a Dining Room Manager to join our new restaurant in Albuquerque.
Our Dining Room Manager will help the GM improve take out and catering as well as manage the front of the house.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
