JOB SUMMARY
The position of US IT Manager, Senior Associate, is newly established. The role will be based in our NYC Office and will be part of our US Facilities department, which supports the store growth across the states. Additionally, the role will closely collaborate with State Managers to build and scale JOE in the US. The role will be reporting to US Head of Facilities.
The overall responsibility will be running IT-related projects and support in the US. The objective is to enforce global standards, and the project lead will handle local adaptation.
The position is full-time at 110 Greene St, Suite 702, New York 10012. Travel can be expected as needed to facilitate the execution of projects in the local states but is not expected to exceed 30 days a year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Project Management: Oversee and manage US IT projects, including network, identify management, it security & other IT-related tasks.
· Team Coordination: Work closely with Store Managers, State Managers, and external partners & global HQ to resolve IT-related issues in a timely in operations.
· General IT Support: Handling of US-related incidents & service requests related to stores and offices.
· Problem Management: Escalation of issues to suppliers & internal development teams led through product owner dialogs.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience: Proven experience in IT support with hands-on network & POS experience from Retail. Experience working in ITSM-configured software such as JIRA.
· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, secure configurations & familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
· Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure successful project outcomes
