Annual Salary Range  

$68640 - $85000 per year

The Workplace Experience Manager role is not your typical desk job. Duties 

• Manage and support a small but impactful team in our restaurant’s office. You’ll be the go-to person for partners and managers when it comes to policies, payroll, and administrative processes. 
• Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and make sure our people have everything they need to succeed. 
• Support the Operations Team & Business. Work closely with the General Manager to implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks. 
• Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory). 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. 
• Address any operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure the smooth flow of daily activities. 
• Provide administrative support to the management team as needed. 
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves! 
• Possess excellent communication skills. Whether it’s answering a question, coaching a team member, or coordinating with management, you get the message across clearly and confidently. 
• Proactive & solutions-oriented – If you see a problem, you step up and solve it—or find the right person who can. 
• Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information.  
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
