The Workplace Experience Manager role is not your typical desk job. Duties
- Manage and support a small but impactful team in our restaurant's office. You'll be the go-to person for partners and managers when it comes to policies, payroll, and administrative processes.
- Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and make sure our people have everything they need to succeed.
- Support the Operations Team & Business. Work closely with the General Manager to implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks.
- Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Address any operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure the smooth flow of daily activities.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
