Administrative Assistant - Produce
Summary:
As an employee of JOH, this position is responsible for assisting the department members meet the goals, objectives, and policies that the client may establish in accordance with JOH’s policies and procedures. This person will provide administrative support to the team, develop positive working relationships, convey a willingness to help the client, customer, and JOH associates, while always projecting a professional image.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Responsibilities:
- Accurate preparation of customer planners and deal sheets. Entering information into client and customer systems (as required)
- Maintaining Promotion Trackers
- Accurate preparation of price change sheets
- Preparation of reports or presentations as scheduled or requested
- Correspond /communicate with customers, manufacturers, and office staff
- Function as a resource / liaison among departments, customers, and peers
- Attend department meetings
- Will be trained in other administrative duties as needed
- Ability to meet attendance standard
- All other related duties as assigned
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES REQUIRED
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Strong ability to write in a cohesive, comprehensive manne
Mathematical Skills
- Must have knowledge of basic mathematical concepts
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to use calculator to perform simple functions
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook with particular emphasis on EXCEL.
PERFORMANCE and/or EDUCATION PREREQUISITES
- High school diploma and one to two years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- Proficiency in data entry
- High degree of accuracy
