With multiple 90 scores and top Nielsen ratings, we are now expanding our portfolio to include sake and spirits. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Coordinator to help drive our brand marketing efforts across multiple channels.In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Manager to maximize brand metrics and support a variety of Consumer, Trade, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing strategies. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our flagship luxury wine brand while being part of exciting new launches in the spirits sector.We offer competitive compensation ranging from $67k to $80k along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Support :
Ensure consistency in brand representation by maintaining brand guidelines across all channels.Manage and update our asset library including marketing materials and templates.Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally.Campaign & Project Execution : Coordinate logistics for trade events, eCommerce promotions, and DTC initiatives.Assist in content creation, including copywriting, managing creative assets, and producing presentations and collateral.Oversee timelines, budgets, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution.Integrated Marketing Support : Assist the Brand Manager in executing campaigns that align with marketing goals and business objectives across Consumer, Trade, and DTC channels.Marketing Reporting and Analysis : Update the brand dashboard monthly and track daily performance metrics.Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting and presentations for senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management; experience in the wine or luxury market is a plus.Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, RedChirp, WineDirect, and WinePulse is highly preferred.Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines effectively.Exemplary written and verbal communication skills for interactions with various internal teams and external partners.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms.A keen attention to detail and an inquisitive nature about the wine and spirits industry.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career development and progression.Work in a dynamic, inclusive environment with a passionate team.Engage with iconic wine and spirits brands within an innovative and fast-paced setting.Excited to make a difference?
