Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Manager to optimize brand metrics and assist in the execution of brand and Trade Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales across on-premise and off-premise channels. This role will work closely with sales teams, distributors, and the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities, merchandising efforts, and brand messaging. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the wine industry. They will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid
a. Help scale 4th tier media advertising across brands to support sales including retailer specific sites and platforms such as Instacart and Drizly
b. Manage and optimize website updates to align with brand goals, including SEO
c. Paid social advertising support
2. Owned
a. Support and assist the Brand Manager in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to support brand objectives across different channels (on-premise, off-premise, and e-commerce).
b. Optimize the digital shelf with online retail and delivery partners and help create successful e-commerce programs
c. Support the development of internal and external communications, tools and systems to support sales, including but not limited to: sales decks, sell-sheets, e-newsletter, Social, Canto, Intranet, email, events, hospitality, Sales team onboarding, wine accolades
d. Coordinate and support marketing programs such as product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
e. Ongoing analysis of business performance and recommendations for supporting strategic and growth markets
f. Stay abreast of competitor in-store and marketing activities and help create competitor lists for each release
g. Track and analyze trade marketing activities, providing performance insights and recommendations for improvement to the Brand Manager
h. Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, tastings, and events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
i. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional items, and brand assets for retail and trade partners.
j. Assist with evergreen and campaign content strategy including social media, website, blog, email marketing, content planning and daily execution across all touchpoints.
k. Budget management; monthly and quarterly reporting
3. Earned (PR)
a. Manage relationships with external vendors and distributors to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree REQUIRED; Marketing major STRONGLY PREFERRED
- 1-3 years marketing experience REQUIRED
- Beverage alcohol experience DESIRED
- Trade Marketing experience DESIRED
- Exceptional organizational, communications and writing skills
· Strong attention to detail, project and time-management skills (knowledge of Trello a plus)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships with trade partners.
· Knowledge and passion for the wine industry is a plus.
· Strong understanding of retail and distributor channels in the wine industry.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
