Salary Range : $70,000-$90,000 a year ($33.65 - $43.27 per hour)
Location : On-Site (San Diego or Concord, California)
Job Type : Full-Time

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a comprehension of AP standard of writing.
- Ability to manage projects, multi-task, and meet deadlines with limited direction.
- Skilled at creating informative documents and narrative proposals to win new work relevant to UNICO’s practice areas.
- Adept at crafting thorough, persuasive responses that exemplify and convey UNICO’s differentiators to our diverse clientele.
- May also support the long-term pursuit strategy for specific clients and projects.
- Play an integral role in crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new software programs.
- Working knowledge or above of Adobe Suite – InDesign, Adobe Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CRM database.
- Coordinate a wide variety of marketing activities to support UNICO’s overall goals under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager.
