Responsibilities
As a Cohort Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the cohort project from start to finish
- Presenting the results to senior leadership
- Working closely with our leaders to gain mentorship and support
- Supporting assigned departments in their training needs
- Developing and coordinating training programs
You will also be responsible for communicating with supervisors, peers, and subordinates to provide information and support, coordinating training activities related to grant requirements, developing training materials as needed, conducting surveys to identify training opportunities, and evaluating training programs, instructors, or materials.
We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, good communication and interpersonal skills, a positive, proactive and curious attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
