JOB SUMMARY
As the Seasonal Animal Ambassador Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of creating captivating educational animal experiences for our guests. Your role involves conducting engaging presentations, and ensuring the welfare of our ambassador animals by assisting in ambassador animal husbandry. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service through interactive animal demonstrations, maintaining meticulous animal records, and contributing to daily animal care. From assisting with positive-reinforcement training to daily observations and program preparation, your role ensures a safe, engaging, and informative experience for guests while prioritizing animal welfare.
PAY RATE: $12.50

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to work around animals, animal dander, and animal feed
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and crouch; must be able to stand for 3 hours at one time
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must have experience caring for animals (beyond personal pets)
- Must have experience working with Google and Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
WHAT WE REQUIRE

- Must be able to work 20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings
