As part of our team, you’ll provide data-driven insights that help builders, developers, landowners, private equity firms, hedge funds, and building product companies make informed investment and strategic decisions nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and housing data analysis, identifying trends and writing reports with clear, well-supported conclusions.
- Leverage our proprietary consumer research and design databases to provide meaningful insights tailored to each consulting assignment.
- Analyze demographic trends and translate them into actionable strategies for real estate development and investment.
- Participate in project management for consulting engagements, including planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery (level of responsibility varies by experience).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required with a passion for real estate and market analysis.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate, finance, valuation, appraisal, market research, or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management is essential.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong ethics and integrity—we value trust and professionalism in everything we do.
- Willingness to travel (by car or plane), sometimes overnight, up to 40% of the time.
- Familiarity with economic analysis, market research, and creative problem-solving is a plus.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
