What You'll Do:
- Lead and Scale Membership Operations: Oversee membership programs across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, revenue forecasting, and financial trends to drive profitability and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Membership Trend Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in retention, acquisition, and overall membership performance
- Investigate Discrepancies: Ensure membership records are accurate, address inconsistencies, and maintain compliance
- Project Oversight: Lead initiatives to enhance membership programs, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor employees within the membership department, fostering a results-driven and collaborative work environment
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations and overseeing broad projects
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, revenue growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making
- Expertise in membership programs, including trends, data collection, and investigations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to improve operational efficiency and customer retention
- Industry experience in HVAC or plumbing (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive results and align teams with strategic goals
