The role is responsible for finance and insurance operations delivering a seamless buying experience for our customers. You will be the bridge between our customers and their vehicle purchase ensuring the finance process is smooth, transparent, and tailored to each individual. You will offer competitive finance and lease solutions, present value-added products and maintain compliance with all dealership and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Help determine and obtain the financing needs of a customer to purchase a vehicle
• Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties options and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
• Maintain strong relationships with the lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
• Process finance and lease deals accurately through financial sources to secure approval through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
• Train and provide the sales team with information on finance programs and the benefits of the financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Work on platforms such as VAuto, Dealertrack, CUDC,CUDL and Riskin
• If required, acquires and maintains current state insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education as needed.
• Resolves any financing related problems in a timely matter.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Proficient on computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver license
• Sales License, preferred
