The 2nd shift Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor by leading and coordinating the activities of all warehouse personnel and shipping / receiving functions in a consistent and professional manner. This includes all warehouse operations, including the identification and communication of department goals and teamwork, in addition to various professional development aspects such as maintaining and promoting a positive workplace environment, employee morale, staff training and development, and promoting / enforcing safety rules and regulations to maintain a positive workplace safety culture.
- SALARY : From $22.00 an hour plus shift differential
